Fun Fact: I love scuba neoprene fabric for Fall! It's totally a Spring '11 dress from Marni but it's the perfect insulator to keep me warm and waterproof incase it snows...Haha! I love how this dress has an 80's Body Glove bathing suit feel to it, and it's super girly because of the ruffles.
