DIY GLITTER HEELED BOOTS

As if the ladies over at Le Fanciulle didn't impress us enough with their glitter backed boots, they recently dived into another glitter boot project - this time the glitter heeled boots! Let's just say I am drooling and so happy to see another well executed project from these talented ladies. Now, what else can I bedazzle??? Right this way for their post.

DIY GLITTER BACK BOOTS

You need to make these. A while ago I was perusing my friend Jen of The Style Crusader's website and came across an amazing pic of a pair of glitter backed boots - and I bet you can guess what my first thought was. TOTAL DIY inspiration no?

Not long after, Steph and Trish of Le Fanciulle and I were chatting on instagram (as you do), and they tagged me in the very same pic - 'G this is soo DIYable!'. Great minds think alike right?  Cut to two days later and the lovely ladies had made a pair of their own. Talk about efficient, and they look so so amazing.  They simply took a pair of tan boots and added glue and gold glitter to the back.  Talk about easy! NINE PERFECT ANKLE BOOTS

This is for those of you who've emailed/commented wanting to know where you can get a pair of the  black ankle boots I always wear. You can see which boots I'm referring to here, here and here. Purchased from Mango two years ago, they're pretty damn perfect - black suede, a V shaped dip at the front, low heel and pull on leather tabs. A definite wardrobe essential that go perfectly with  just about everything I own. Sadly my pair aren't available anymore but I've compiled my top 9 ankle boots below so you can get amongst it.

A tip if you're not  overly confident with your pins - invest in ankle boots with a dip at the front (like the Ash ones above) for their leg lengthening and ankle shrinking properties. It. Works.

DIY Cut Off Boots

Another fucking brilliant DIY from Ivania Love Aesthetics, these cut off boots are perfect. I blogged about doing the same thing a while ago here, and the small details that Ivania has added such as the copper wire really complete the look. I'm in love! Hope you're all planning on making your own.
