Finally I am beginning to feel like Summer is here. We've been blessed with the most marvelous weather lately, with a few ugly exceptions, which I decided to completely disregard. Very happy to finally wear a few of my new Summer dresses, including this gorgeous dress by Leyendecker in my favorite shade of grayish pink. 

In other news, you may have noticed my blog is undergoing a few changes. I just felt time has come to simplify the layout a little. What do you think of the new look?

LEATHER LOVIN'

Had meeting all day long in Malibu yesterday so Emil and I decided to stop by our favorite restaurant to grab some quick dinner. Since the place is sort of on a fancy side, I decided to dress up a little. You've seen this shirt before, told you I'm obsessed, but I finally got a chance to wear my latest acquisition. Love these pants to death, so comfy and stylish, and a bit of the animal print on the pocket makes them so much more special. What do you think?

BTW, I got a few emails asking which lipstick and blush I wear. Right now, I am completely crazy for YSL Rouge Pur Couture in 25: Rose Toupe, and YSL Creme de Blush in Velvety Peach. My philosophy is less is more, I prefer pretty natural lipstick shades and a slightly brighter cheek. And YSL products have this really great texture, easy to apply, they go on very smoothly and stay on equally well.

PASTEL CRUSH

Sort of obsessed with color mint right now, I spotted this shirt in a store a few days ago and couldn't resist adding it to my growing Equipment shirt collection. Pastel silk makes me weak in my knees...

Ever since I got back from New York, I've been wearing a lot of dresses, I guess the warm weather is getting to me:)  So, when Emil and I decided to go to our favorite Cuban restaurant for some dinner and drinks, I thought it was a perfect opportunity to dress up a bit. This particular one is my current favorite. Love the texture and the side cut outs.
