Innocent soul

I love burgundy shades. I think they are très chic, and I discovered they look even better in combination with beige and light brown. The dress I wore today is way too cute, and even though it's not the best choice when taking into account the temperature at the moment, I felt so happy in it because it's simply a great piece of clothing. I added some leather (the Tommy Hilfiger bag & belt) and suede (the boots) to the look to satisfy my craving for the use of different fabrics when styling an outfit, and to dot the i's and cross the t's: I made a bun on top of my head and tied a cute scarf around my wrist. An outfit perfect for an innocent soul, don't you think? ;-)

Outfit: "Ancient times"

The title of this post is an exaggeration, but these pictures were taken a few months ago. It wasn't in the planning to post them, because I'm not sure about their quality (and about my overtired face haha). However, I think you've the right to see them. I wore a dotted dress with a silk blazer above it. The chain bag, the armor ring and the braided belt are the accessoiries. It's just a simple look, but perfect for a rainy day like that day in the end of June.

Outfit: "Graceful skirt and transparent lace"

Dots make an item more unique, in most cases. They are cute, noticeable but not excessive, trendy, ánd vintage looking at the same time. This makes why I love my new skirt from Paper Doll so much - next to the asymmetry and the gorgeous, graceful fabric of it. I styled it with the BB Dakota lace top and my suede sandals. I bought the earrings in a local shop a few days ago. I totally love them. As you might know, I'm a die-hard fan of Twilight and I'm obsessed with The Vampire Diaries at the moment too (actually, I can't stop reading the books). So I'm a vampire-lover and I think the fact the earrings look a bit like vampire tooths, makes some of my adoration for the earrings..

Braided hair and dots

When the rain stops - even it's for a few hours - I seize my chance to wear suede shoes. And let it be their color is exactly the same as the color of the dots and the crochet detail on the dress. The dress is a new gain for the contents of my closet and I really like it. Love the transparent sleeves it has. And don't you think the dots are totally cute?
