The Russian

A faux fur hat or headband always reminds me of Russia. And even though I don't have Russian roots or something like that, I totally love the chic look and, probably even better, the warmth that such a headpiece provides. The cold hit us this weekend, so it was the perfect opportunity to wear mine for the first time. It's a gift from my grandmother, and I can't describe how happy I'm with it. I don't want to take it off anymore! So, let the trip to Moscow be reality soon. I'm ready for it.

ps what do you think of the cute little leopard-printed belt? It's from Felicee.com; you have to check out their website if you want to shop clothing online !

Outfit: "Leather and leopard"

Completely black outfits are one of my favorites when the days become shorter and the temperature drops. Even though I think the weather was amazing today (the sun shone every hour), it was very cold. I wore leather pants, pistol boots, lace top, blazer, croco bag, two-toned sunglasses, winter coat and a huge scarf. However, on these pictures you can only see the first and the last items. I really like my cozy Monki scarf. It's much longer than any other scarf I own, and the soft faux fur trim makes it even more fascinating.

Outfit: "Rainy business day"

I probably look a little tired on these outfitpictures. I blame the moment of the day and the activities I did before, because we took these pics at the end of this long and hectic day. I wore a so-called comfortable business outfit on this rainy day. I like the kind of laid-back look that's created by the combination of the pants and the moccasins. I tried to give the ensemble a playful touch through use of the leopard printed top. I think the glasses fit the outfit very well, and of course it fits in well with my participation in the contest. I really want to win, so if you've got a little time, please vote for me HERE by clicking on "stem". You're able to vote every day again and I'd be so grateful!

Outfit: "The yellow tourist"

The perfect armor for my vacation: The Vampire Diaries and a hat. I'm back home and I can say the two weeks have flown by. I'm already missing the beach, the wonderful sunsets, the coziness, and the boulevard. We had an amazing time over there and I'm glad I'll return in August! For now, I'm leaving you with this predominantly yellow outfit. I purchased the yellow shirt-dress and the leopard top last week. I tried to make the outfit look a bit nonchalant through the use of the braids and the scarf. I hope you like it! Adiós España, gracias a dos semanas maravillosas

PS I'm sorry for the spamming of this message, but would you please vote for me HERE by clicking on "STEM"? It's just one second of your time and I'd be sooooo grateful, I really want to win and I need your votes! You're able to vote every day again, if you want!

The zoo lady

The thought suddenly came to me this morning: This outfit would be great for visiting the zoo. I think the leopards probably would be confused by seeing my legs, but it would feel like home - the forests of Russia - for them. Haha my apologizes, my creativity/fantasy goes crazy again. But nevertheless, I want to go to the zoo. And I want to go there in this outfit!

The female Indiana Jones

Do you know the Indiana Jones movies? I watched them all a while ago with my daddy and when we were shooting these pictures I immediately felt myself the female version of Indy, haha. Of course I'm not the adventurer with dusty old hiking boots and a polluted hat, but I think this outfit would be great to discover treasures in the most amazing places in the world. The possibility to do something like that is thanks to the sandals I'm wearing. They are from Romwe and I have to say they are pretty amazing. They suit with so many outfits and they are really comfortable. I made the leopard printed dress and the leather clutch myself. What do you think?

Flower power

As promised the pictures with my new shoes and lace shorts. I went with these new acquisitions to the market to buy material for DIY projects. Unfortunately we didn't found everything, but I'll continue my search on Monday. Of course I'll keep you all updated on the blog. My intention of this outfit was to create a mix with different patterns without looking messy and in my opinion it succeeded. I transformed a blue leo dress I bought in Spain two and half years ago into a sort of asymmetric top to add some color in the outfit. Now I'm talking about Spain: since I booked my holiday, I can't stop buying summerpieces - especially accessoiries. Everytime I see something I think something like O my gosh this can't be missed on the beach and the boulevard. I'm afraid light-packing it won't be this summer..
